An honest and clean prosecutor, who was not a wild killer, would just send me the materials. However, this and other facts prove the opposite.
In the documents and materials published by the prosecutor’s office to justify himself, whatever he had to say was clearly hidden. Quite elementary, when they announced the results of the expert opinion on TV Imedi, at that time they had only seven expert papers, the rest were simply not ready. If it was ready, would they publish it in full? There are enough inaccuracies and falsities in the above-mentioned seven sheets of the Samkharauli Expertise Bureau. Obviously, I won’t talk about it here and now, I’ll just note that the time of death in the inspection report and the expert opinion do not match each other. Both documents were made by one expert, Okruashvili. Lawyer Irakli Zakareishvili selflessly spoke and wrote a lot about numerous falsifications. Thank him. By the way, when the experts here in France read Zakareishvili’s conclusions, they were surprised that the lawyer knows so closely the medical examination.
